The right temperature, at a glance

No need to guess if the oil is ready: the white dial and its red needle, secured to the edge with a clip, continuously indicate the temperature. You add the food at just the right moment, and both the texture and flavor benefit: even cooking, restaurant-quality, with a crispy exterior and a light interior.
