Returns policy

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the items. 
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Please include your surname, first name, order e-mail address and order number in your parcel. 
  • No justification is required for the return.

Reimbursement

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving your return. The amount will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase.

Return Costs and Additional Terms

The return costs are at the customer's expense. We also require a tracking number for the return. 

A signature is required on receipt of the parcel to guarantee tracking.
